1. Piranha(1978)
The story of this movie starts with a mysterious incident in which two teenagers while exploring a seemingly abandoned military test site, ignore the warning signs outside the swimming pool, and decide to swim. But their adventure quickly turns tragic as they get attacked by unknown creatures in the water.
Following the disappearance, a determined private investigator Maggie Mckeown is tasked to locate them. Her search leads her to the remote area where the two teenagers were last seen. Maggie asked for help from a local hermit and alcoholic Paul Grogan, who agreed to help her.
As they investigate the case more, they find that the pool was part of a top-secret government known as “Operation Razorteeth”. The intent behind this project is to develop genetically Piranhas as a Biological weapon during the Vietnam War. However, the project was canceled and the deadly fish were left in the pool.

2. Piranha II: The Spawning(1981)
Under the direction of James Cameron, the sequel of the cult classic movie Piranha(1978) comes to the theatre with the title “Piranha II: The Spawning.” To continue the saga of deadly piranhas introducing an even more terrifying breed. The story of this movie takes place in a Caribbean resort town where tourists come for relationships and enjoyment.
However, their enjoyment gets disrupted when a series of mysterious and gruesome deaths occur. Unbeknownst to the vacationers, the water, they are enjoying gets inhabited by a new breed of Piranhas that not only swim but also can fly. Anne teamed up with her husband, who is a diving instructor there, and the government scientist Tyler Sherman, who knows about the experimental Piranhas. Now the question is Can they uncover the truth and stop the deadly Piranhas before they become more Dangerous?

3. Piranha(1995)
Piranha(1995) is a television horror film that is a remake of the cult classic 1978 movie Piranha. This updated version retains the core storyline of the original storyline but introduces us to new characters and modernizes certain elements to a 90s audience.
Again the film storyline starts just like the first movie two teenagers Barbara(Lorissa McComas) and Her boyfriend David(Richard Israel) during a night sneak into a restricted military Facility a discover a pool for swimming. But attacked and killed by Unknown creatures, the next day Barbara’s uncle J.R Randolph(Monte Markham) hires a private investigator Maggie McNamra to investigate the incident.
Maggie’s research takes her to the area where Barabara was last seen and gets help from a local homeowner Paul Grogan(William Katt). Later, they discover that pool full of deadly Piranhas that have been developed for military purposes. The Piranhas, are accidentally released into the nearby river which is connected to a nearby summer camp.

4. Piranha 3D(2010)
Piranha 3D is a remake of the classic Horror/Comedy film Piranha(1978) that reimagines the classic aquatic terror. The story of this movie starts with a small earthquake that cracks the lake floor in Lake Victoria, Arizona. Because of that one of the fishermen Matt Boyd who is fishing falls into the lake and is eaten by Deadly Piranhas that emerge from the chasam.
The film follows different groups of characters, including local sheriff Julie Foster, her son Jake, and a group of partygoers oblivious to the impending danger. Meanwhile, Jake, trying to impress a girl named Kelly, who gets involved with a sleazy adult film director who plans to shoot a wild party there in the lake. 5. Piranha 3DD(2012)
Here comes the last installment of this franchise serving as the sequel to “Piranha 3D”.The story of this movie pickup year after the events from the first film, where the deadly Piranhas were believed to have been contained. However, they find a way into a newly opened water park called: Big Wet”.
The plot of this film focuses on Maddy, a marine biology students who return home to find out that her stepfather, Chet, has transformed her family-owned water park into an adult-theme attraction, featuring scantily clad lifeguards and an adult pool section. Maddy soon discovers that the pool is full of deadly Piranhas which can survive in chlorinated and freshwater environments.
As the grand opening looms, Maddy teams up with her ex-boyfriend Kyle, her friend Barry, and a few other people to prevent Piranhas from transforming the water pool into a horror scene. Despite their huge efforts, Piranhas make a deadly attack, leading to chaos and devastation among the unsuspecting guests.
