After the huge success of the first movie, Kung Fu Panda 2 was released in 2012. The story of this second movie revolves around lord Chen, the ruler of Gongmen City ancient China. Then Po and the Furious Five went there to destroy the weapons and to stop Chen. Unfortunately, Chen’s army captured the Furious Five. Meanwhile, the vision is distracting Po which he saw earlier allowing Chen to escape from there. Tigerss confronts Poe about the distraction, but Poe ignores her and breaks into the factory to foil the Furious Five’s plan to capture Chen.
Chen told Po that his family abandoned him and blasted him with the cannon. But Po survives and is brought to the village he was born. Then he realizes that he has a happy life despite his past and attains inner peace. He returns to the city to save the Furious Five and other Kung Fu Masters. Despite Defeating Chen, Po reunites with Mr Ping and declares Goose as his father. However, the film ends by showing Poe’s biological father is still alive in a far-off village with other pandas.
After the success of the second movie, Po and the Furious Five are back in 2015 with the third franchise Kung Fu Panda 3. When the movie starts we can see below in the spirit realm grand master Oougway fights an adversary named Kai before being defeated Oougway warns Kai that the dragon warrior named Po will defeat him Kai defeats Oougway and still his key with all the other kungfu masters that are there in the realm Kai returns to the mortal rum to steal the key or the energy from Po.
Mean master Shifu passes the role of teacher Po and in the valley, a panda named Li Snag arrives and it is revealed that he is Po’s biological father. jaded statue zombies controlled by Kai attacked the village. And resembling Kung Fu masters it is learned in the past Kai and Oougway traveled to a secret village of pandas who healed Oougway using their key. Kai drained the key from the pandas to increase his power and Oougway vanished him to the spirit realm.
To defeat Kai Po must learn to master the key himself. Li offers to teach him by going to Pandas’ secret village. Once there Li told him he must learn how to relax first before learning key. Meanwhile, Shifu and the Furious Five stay behind to protect the valley. Crance and Mentis traveled to several villages that had attacked and found many Kung Fu masters missing. Kai also turns Crane and Mentis into zombies then he arrives at the temple not before taking the keys of Monkey, Viper, and Shifu. Tigress can escape from there to warn Po and the Pandas but Li confesses that he doesn’t know anything about the key and lies so that he won’t lose his son again.
Po isolates himself and trains to confront Kai. Po trains everyone there by using their daily activities as their assets. Kai arises along with his zombies to catch Po but the pandas hold them off. Eventually, Po and Kai engage in a fight and both get transported beyond where Kai gets advantages and begins petrifying Po. What they learn from Po his friends and his family used their key to save him. Po becomes a master of key and creates a giant dragon figure to overload Kai who explodes killing him and restoring all the masters to normal. As well as transporting them back to the normal world.
Grand Master Oougway appears to Po and reveals Po was selected as the Dragon Warrior. Because of the ancestry of the ancient Pandas. He declares Po as the true successor and gives him his mystic green staff to return to the mortal world. Then they continue their practice and the movies end there.
